Check the input and method
Verify that the displayed record belongs to the question you just entered. The tool offers manual line input and a coin interaction. Preserve the method actually used. If you provide manual calendar conditions, record where they came from. Demonstration inputs should remain clearly marked.
Check time and lines
Compare the recorded casting time, original hexagram and moving lines with the input. A local time may require a historical time-zone conversion before calendar calculation. If a line number or direction is unclear, ask about the interface's labeling instead of copying a different screenshot's arrangement.
Separate calculation from interpretation
Rule-based fields should follow the chosen input and calculation conventions. AI commentary is a separate layer. If the answer introduces a moving line or role not present on the record, ask for correction before exploring its meaning.
Check source applicability
A passage explaining a technical term can be useful background without establishing the conditions of this case. Ask for 'recorded facts', 'source meaning' and 'case inference' separately. If you only want a definition, request one explicitly rather than inviting a fabricated personal conclusion.
In the Liu Yao tool, keep a short note of those three layers. A traditional reading does not replace evidence or professional guidance for health, legal or financial decisions.
